ANSWER-16

Why is the Scripture you use so different than mine?

Because I choose to use a translation of the Scripture that I have researched and chosen very carefully to meet some very important requirements of mine (Leather Bound, Marker Ribband, Thumb Tabs, and Translated Properly).

The Scriptures by the Institute for Scripture Research aka the ISR has the Tanak (Old Testament) in the original layout except with the Brit HaDashah (New Testament) included much like the Septuagint is laid out except that the translation that I use keeps the names of Elohim the Father and Messiah written in Hebrew unadulterated. This translation is also very careful as to not use words that have pagan origins. This translation also uses all the original Hebrew names as they are in the original text instead of translating names into English as it is improper to translate proper nouns, especially peoples names.

I do have an article available that explains in more detail why I do not use other translations Here but is too far off the subject for this document. Although I do strongly recommend the translation to you, I have provided a key that will bring the translation that you currently have to life and make it so much easier to understand until you realize that you don't care much for the translation you currently have anymore.

I have found that the Complete Jewish Bible widely used by many Messianic Jews have many of the same problems that are found in many translations used by Christians as they both remove the Fathers name YaHuWaH and replace it with the word that means Master into a single word, the Jewish versions use Adonai and the Christian versions use Lord, both of which remove his name completely, even though it appears in the original Hebrew text almost 7000 times. The version that I use do not remove the Fathers name YaHuWaH and avoid using Adonai and Lord altogether instead using the correct English word Master, avoiding any confusion. I hope that this key will help you better understand the Scripture. Weather you choose to use this key or replace your current translation for a new one is totally up to you.
