SALVATION

Setting The Stage From A Hebrew Perspective

Before I begin, I must clear a few things up or many Christians may become very confused. Let me put a few things in context and explain a thing or two to help some understand things they have not been taught or have realized before. Once you understand these things, everything starts to make a whole lot more sense.

The faith or religion given by our Father to His people in the Tanach (Old Testament) was known as Judaism. That faith or religion prophesied about a Messiah that would come in the name of YaHuWaH to save (Y'shua) His people. The Messiah would be the Messiah of THAT faith or religion. The Messiah was a Jew, He was prophesied about in the Jewish Faith, He practiced the Jewish faith, He was and is the Messiah of the Jewish faith. He did not come to make a new religion!

The Writings of the Nazarenes (New Testament) are only Midrash (discussion & explanation) of the Tanach (Old Testament). You can only read and understand the Writings of the Nazarenes (New Testament) in context of the Tanach (Old Testament). Those who wrote it and especially the One who inspired it were very well versed in the Tanach (Old Testament). There is no way to understand the Writings of the Nazarenes (New Testament) without understanding the people and their culture (Judaism). With that being said, we can now move on to understanding Scripture.

The Forgiveness Of Sin

I will move quickly through these points in order to get to the meat of the matter. Scripture says that none of us are perfect. When it comes to our spiritual life not one of us can claim we are righteous. Let us now read a passage of Scripture from the book of Romans.

As it is written, There is not one righteous [man], not even one, (HRV Romans 3:10)

As it has been written, "There is none righteous, no, not one! (ISR Romans 3:10)

No matter how good you think you are, you have sinned. No matter how good you think someone else is, they have sinned. Scripture says that everyone has sinned and is guilty of sin. Let us now read another passage of Scripture from the book of Romans.

because all have sinned and are found lacking of the glory of Eloah, (HRV Romans 3:23)

for all have sinned and fall short of the esteem of Elohim, (ISR Romans 3:23)

Now some might think that since everybody has sinned in their life that it is no big deal, right? Well it is a big deal because the penalty of sin is death! Nobody is going to stone you to death in this day and age but this passage is referring to the Second Death -- The Death Of Your Soul! Let us now read yet another passage of Scripture from the book of Romans.

For the wages of sin is death and the gift of Eloah is life eternal by our Adon Yeshua the Messiah. (HRV Romans 6:23)

For the wages of sin is death, but the favourable gift of Elohim is everlasting life in Messiah Y’shua our Master. (ISR Romans 6:23)

There is Good News for all of us. We have all been offered a full pardon; all we have to do is accept the terms and conditions of the covenant (agreement). The price has been paid in full -- a sacrificial lamb was slain. Let us now read one more passage of Scripture from the book of Romans.

herein Eloah has manifested his love that is toward us, because if while we were sinners the Messiah died for us, (HRV Romans 5:8)

But Elohim proves His own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Messiah died for us. (ISR Romans 5:8)

So simple a caveman can do it! The terms and conditions of the new covenant (new agreement) are as easy as ever. A child can do it and that is why we come to him as little children believing in our hearts and confessing with our mouths that Y'shua the Messiah is our Master and that He raised from the dead. Let us now read one last passage of Scripture from the book of Romans.

And if you confess with your mouth our Adon Yeshua, and you believe in your heart that Eloah has raised him from the dead, you will have life. (HRV Romans 10:9)

That if you confess with your mouth the Master Y’shua and believe in your heart that Elohim has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. (ISR Romans 10:9)

Scripture also says that we need to confess our sins. Not just acknowledge that we have sinned but reflect on those individual matters one by one. He knows what we did, He doesn't need to know what we did, but we do, and He needs to know that we know. This is more for us than for Him. Let us now read a passage from the book of 1st Yochanan.

And if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive our sins and [to] cleanse us from our iniquity. (HRV 1st John 1:9)

If we confess our sins, He is trustworthy and righteous to forgive the sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (ISR 1st Yochanan 1:9)

Scripture also says that we must repent or turn away from sin. We can't be murderers, ask for forgiveness to be saved then keep on murdering. We are asked to turn from our wickedness that is what being "Born Again" means -- a new life. Let us now read a passage from the book of Acts.

Repent therefore, and be restored so that your sins be blotted out and times of rest come to you from the presence of the YHWH. (HRV Acts 3:19)

"Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master, (ISR Acts 3:19)

Scripture also say's that you must be "Born Again" to be saved. At first the enemy may try to confuse you or trick you concerning this matter. Do not be troubled with this matter. When you ask Y'shua into your heart and for forgiveness, it is suppose to be with a humble a repentant heart. When you do this, His Spirit will dwell in you and change your life, making you a new person spiritually and you are born again this time born of the spirit.

Yeshua answered and said to him, Truly, Truly, I say to you, that unless man is not born of water and spirit he is not able to enter the kingdom of Eloah. (HRV John 3:5)

Y’shua answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and Spirit, he is unable to enter into the reign of Elohim. (ISR Yochanan 3:5)

Scripture says that when you come before Him (asking for forgiveness and into your heart) and you are "Born Again" that your are saved. At this point you have been received and accepted by Him. Let us now read another passage of Scripture from the book of Yochanan.

All that my father gave to me will come to me, and he who comes to me I will not cast out. (HRV John 6:37)

"All that the Father gives Me shall come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I shall by no means cast out. (ISR Yochanan 6:37)

Scripture also says that when you receive Him and believe in His Name you become one of His children. Now not only saved from certain death, but when you believe in His Name you also become one of the Kings children. Let us now read one more passage of Scripture from the book of Yochanan.

But those who did receive him, those who believed in his name, he gave power that they should become sons of Eloah. (HRV John 1:12)

But as many as receive Him, to them He gave the authority to become children of Elohim, to those believing in His Name, (ISR John 1:12)

There appears to be something very special about His Name. There is special emphasis on His Name throughout Scripture both Old and New so much so that the next section is dedicated solely to this topic.

Calling Upon The Name

Scripture says that Gentiles have inherited lies and false doctrines (Jeremiah/Yirmeyahu 16:19). The truth is most people (including Christians) do not even know the name of our Heavenly Father. The so-called scripture translations they have inherited have replaced our Fathers actual Name with Lord, which is the title of any landowner in Great Britain.

Therefore, behold, I will cause them to know, this once will I cause them to know My hand and My might; and they shall know that My Name is YHWH. (HRV Jeremiah 16:21)

"Therefore see, I am causing them to know, this time I cause them to know My hand and My might. And they shall know My Name is YaHuWaH!" (ISR Yirmeyahu 16:21)

Knowing His True Sacred Name is not a casual matter, He wants you to know His Sacred Name. It is important to YaHuWaH that you know His Sacred Name. Scripture says that all who call upon the name of YaHuWaH we will be saved.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call upon the Name of YHWH shall be delivered; (HRV Joel 2:32a)

"And it shall be that everyone who calls on the Name of YaHuWaH shall be delivered. (ISR Yo'el 2:32a)

And again in Netzarim Ketuvim (Writings of the Nazarenes) we read the same.

For all who will call on the Name of YHWH have life. (HRV Romans 10:13)

For "everyone who calls upon the Name of YaHuWaH shall be saved." (ISR Romans 10:13)

YaHuWaH want us to call upon His Sacred Name, He wants us to know that their is power in His Sacred Name, He wants us to know their is Salvation in His Sacred Name, He wants us to rely upon Him (YaHuWaH) and Him (YaHuWaH) only...

I, even I, am YHWH; and beside Me there is no saviour. (HRV Isaiah 43:11)

"I, I am YaHuWaH, and besides Me there is no saviour. (ISR Yeshayahu 43:11)

This may be really confusing for a Christian who has been brainwashed into the trinity doctrine but for someone who understands the Oneness of YaHuWaH it is not. There is no other saviour except YaHuWaH, you must call upon the Name of YaHuWaH! This statement will not make sense if you are using one of those inherited translations that replace the name YaHuWaH with Lord and replaces Y'shua with Jesus and or if you have been brainwashed into the trinity doctrine. We read the same in a passage of Scripture from Netzarim Ketuvim (Writings of the Nazarenes).

And there is no salvation by another man, for there is no other name under the heaven that is given to the sons of men by which it is right to have life. (HRV Acts 4:12)

"And there is no deliverance in anyone else, for there is no other Name under the heaven given among men by which we need to be saved." (ISR Acts 4:12)

The Messiah literally came in the Name of YaHuWaH (Yah) to save (shua) His (YaHuWaH's) people. Yah is the short form for YaHuWaH, much like Gabe is for Gabriel, or Mike is for Michael. The actual meaning of the name of the Messiah in Hebrew literally means YaHuWaH's Salvation. When you call upon Y'shua you are calling upon YaHuWaH's Salvation, you are calling upon YaHuWaH to save you through the sacrifice He provided to save you. Another passage from Netzarim Ketuvim (Writings of the Nazarenes) we read again; salvation comes though His Name!

And concerning him, all the prophets testify, that whoever believes on his name will receive remission of sins. (HRV Acts 10:43)

"To this One all the prophets bear witness, that through His Name, everyone believing in Him does receive forgiveness of sins." (ISR Acts 10:43)

Without going into the whole trinity debate (I have a separate article addressing that matter) YaHuWaH and Y'shua are one in the same, Y'shua is one way the almighty omnipresent manifests Himself in the flesh as He did as an Angel of YaHuWaH and as He did as Melchezedech (Quadrinity?). Now you know how Y'shua saved us and at the same time salvation come from YaHuWaH and no other.

Receiving His Seal

Scripture states that we either receive the Mark of the Beast or the Seal of Elohim. We know if you receive the Mark of the Beast there is no hope for you whatsoever. The Free Book I offer explains exactly what the Mark of the Beast is, get it (The Book) so you don't get it (The Mark).

Being as we receive one or the other, either the Seal of Elohim or the Mark of the Beast, I think all would agree we should strive for the Seal of Elohim. Scripture actually tells us what the Seal of Elohim is exactly. Let's read on, it starts to get exciting now.

And I looked and behold, a Lamb was standing on mountain of Tziyon and with him [were] one hundred forty-four thousand who had his name and the name of his father written between their eyes. (HRV Revelation 14:1)

And I looked and saw a Lamb standing on mount Tsiyon, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's Name written on their foreheads. (ISR Revelation 14:1)

So now we know that the Seal of Elohim is the name YaHuWaH written on our foreheads. How very interesting, the very name we must call upon to be saved is written on our foreheads. Knowing that HaSatan is the great counterfeiter that he is, we can come to a logical conclusion as to what the Mark of the Beast is but not how one would get it.

Now we can read from Scripture and see how we get the Seal of Elohim and with that knowledge we can come to a logical conclusion as to how one would also receive the Mark of the Beast.

'Speak you also unto the children of Yisra'el, saying: Truly you shall keep My sabbaths, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am YHWH who sanctify you. (HRV Exodus 31:13)

"And you, speak to the children of Yisra'el, saying, 'My Sabbaths you are to guard, by all means, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, to know that I, YaHuWaH, am setting you apart. (ISR Shemoth 31:13)

These are the only places in Scripture where YaHuWaH has a special sign (Seal of Elohim) to identify who His people are to distinguish them from all the others (Mark of the Beast). Also notice that the passage says Sabbaths (plural) meaning not just the weekly Sabbath. He also has Seven High Sabbaths throughout the year.

Moreover also I gave them My sabbaths, to be a sign between Me and them, that they might know that I am YHWH who sanctify them. (HRV Ezekiel 20:12)

And I also give them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, to know that I am YaHuWaH who sets them apart. (ISR Yehezqel 20:12)

Knowing the nature of the beast we can assume that The Mark of the Beast would be another weekly rest day other than the day YaHuWaH has set apart as the Sabbath (Friday Sundown through Saturday Sundown). And other religious holidays other than what YaHuWaH has set aside as High Sabbaths (First Day of Unleavened Bread, Last Day of Unleavened Bread, Shavuot, Yom Teruah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret).

I am YHWH your Elohim; walk in My statutes, and keep My ordinances, and do them; and hallow My sabbaths, and they shall be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am YHWH your Elohim.' (HRV Ezekiel 20:19-20)

'I am YaHuWaH your Elohim. Walk in My laws, and guard My right-rulings, and do them. 'And set apart My Sabbaths, and they shall be a sign between Me and you, to know that I am YaHuWaH your Elohim.' (ISR Yehezqel 20:19-20)

This is very important, so pay attention now. The Seal of Elohim is only placed upon your forehead while the Mark of the Beast is placed on your forehead or your hand. Behind your forehead is your frontal lobe, this is where your memory is and what you believe, your hand would represent your labor and what you do.

It should be obvious there is a correlation between His Name (YaHuWaH) and The Seal of Elohim. And it should be equally obvious that there is also a correlation between the Seal of Elohim and His Sabbaths. Everything gets better, much better. I will try to tie it all together without writing a book.

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it set-apart. (HRV Exodus 20:8)

"Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart. (ISR Shemoth 20:8)

Now let me ask a simple question, which of all of the commandments is a special sign or seal between YaHuWaH and His people to identify who YaHuWaH's people are? The Sabbath, right? And which commandment is the only commandment to start out with the word "Remember" as if it were the only commandment to be forgotten? The Sabbath, right? And for you to "Remember" it uses what part of your brain? The frontal lobe, right? And your frontal lobe is in your... that's right, your forehead, where the Seal of Elohim is written.

On top of all of this, the commandment regarding the Sabbath is the only place in all of scripture that has all the properties of a legal seal (the name, the title or office, and the territory).

To Sum Things Up

To put it all together in one pint size box now -- all in one breath. You must acknowledge that you have sinned, ask forgiveness for your sins, confess your sins, turn away from sin, ask Messiah into your heart, and call upon the name of YaHuWaH. In doing so you will be born again as a child of the Most High and His Name (Seal of Elohim) will be placed upon your forehead. Eventually everyone will have to get on their knees anyway so it is better that you do it with the Seal of Elohim and not the Mark of the Beast.

Because of this, Eloah also has highly exalted him, and gave him a name which is greater than all names, That at the name of Yeshua every knee will bow that is in heaven and on the earth and that is under the earth, and every tongue will confess that Yeshua the Messiah YHWH, to the glory of Eloah his Father. Therefore my beloved, as at all times you have been obedient, not only when I was near you, but also now that I am far from you, increasingly work the work of your life with fear and trembling. (HRV Philipians 2:9-12)

Elohim, therefore, has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every name, that at the Name of Y'shua every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on the earth, and of those under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Y'shua Messiah is Master, to the esteem of Elohim the Father. So that my beloved, as you always obeyed -- not only in my presence, but now, much rather in my absence -- work out your own deliverance with fear and trembling, (ISR Philipians 2:9-12)

If you don't have a personal relationship with Y'shua HaMashiach (Yeshua the Messiah) then I ask that you do only one thing for me. I ask that you give Him a chance, I promise it won't hurt. Seriously, it's so easy a cave man can do it, just pray this prayer to your creator, say what you mean, and mean what you say.

The Sinners Prayer

O'YaHuWaH --- Please save me.
I have sinned agianst you and I'm sorry.
I ask that you forgive me for all of my sins.
I ask you come into my heart and change me.
I believe that Y'shua died for my sins and rose again.
I receive Y'shua the Messiah as my Master and Redeemer.
Please send your set-apart Spirit to lead me and to guide me.
In the Name of my Master Y'shua HaMashiach I Pray --- Ah-mein.

Congradulations and welcome to the body of Messiah!

Now I want to make sure that you are on the right track because many will try to lead you astray. We have all sinned but now we are suppose to sin no more but many are confused as to what sin is. Scripture defines sin as transgression of the Torah, in other words breaking an instruction that is given in the Torah. And in the end many Christians who are "under grace" will be cast aside -- Don't be cast aside along with them!

Not everyone that says to me, 'Adonai, Adonai,' will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that does the will of my Father, which is in the heaven, the same will enter with me into the Kingdom of Heaven. Many will say to me in that day, 'Adonai, Adonai, did we not eat and drink in your name and have we not prophesied in your name? And in your name have cast out shadim? And in your name done many powerful works? And then will I profess to them, that I know them not. Depart from me, all you workers of Torah-less-ness. (HRV Matthew 7:21-23)

"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Master, Master,' shall enter the reign of the heavens, but he who is doing the will of My Father in the heavens. "Many shall say to Me in that day, 'Master, Master, have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and done mighty works in Your Name?' "And then I shall declare to them, 'I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness!' (ISR Mattithyahu 7:21-23)

Let me ask now, in what religion do the people of that religion perform many mighty works in His Name but break the Sabbath claiming they don't have to because they are "under grace" now? Obviously this passage is referring to Christians since Buddhists don't cast out demons and do many mighty works in His Name. So don't be fooled into taking the Mark of the Beast with them.

The first translation comes from Hebrew source text. However, the second translation comes from Greek source text. Translated into English, as lawlessness is the Greek word anomia. When Hebrew is translated into Greek such as in the Greek Septuagint, the Hebrew word Torah is translated into the Greek word Nomia, so Torah is Nomia. When the letter "A" is added before a Greek word such as in the Greek word Anomia, the letter "A" means no or without. Thus, the Greek word anomia translated as lawlessness really means without Torah.
